Maple Brooke at Autumn Woods consists of 110 attached villas located on Birchwood Court and Old Banyan Way. All units have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, and a 2-car garage. Most villas have lake views.
While Maple Brooke is a Florida Homeowners Association (HOA), our owners jointly maintain most of the exterior elements of the villas. This joint maintenance includes routine grounds and irrigation maintenance, annual power washing of driveways and sidewalks, scheduled painting of building exteriors and doors, scheduled washing of roofs, scheduled raising and thinning of all oak trees, annual trimming of our palm trees, and annual mulch applications. Since the owners have deed to the land, any preserves or natural areas on their property are maintained as necessary by the homeowner.
Through constant communication and strict adherence to the neighborhood documents, rules, and regulations, the Maple Brooke Board of Directors strives to keep a beautiful, well-maintained, and well-managed neighborhood.
